Step1.Download the APP and install it on the phone.
-----Please search "XMeye" in Google play or Apple store and install it on your phone
-----Scan the following QR code to install it.

Step2. Tap local login or register an account (for first time using). Click the Register, then you can register an account with your mailbox.
Step3. Login APP and click top right corner “+” to add device and input
Device name: You can enter any name you like
Serial Number: Go to DVR system→Right click mouse go to Main Menu→Info→Version, then you can find the Serial No and NAT status
Username: Default Username is admin
Password: Default password is no password, means you don't have to enter anything. If you had set the password for your DVR, please enter the password which you had set
Then click “OK”.
Tips：1. Right click mouse go to Main Menu→Info→Version, then you can find the Serial No and NAT status as below picture.
2. If your mobile phone is in the same LAN with the NVR(normally means they are connected to the same router), you can click “Search” directly, then choose the Serial Number and enter the Device name and password, click “Add”.
Step4. Go to Device List interface, you can click the device name and select the channel, click “Start Preview” to view the cameras video.
If phone can't connect recorder, please go to linked page below to get some help.
1. If phone and computer can't connect system locally and remotely while monitor can display image, system may not connect to cloud successfully.
2. If phone and computer can connect system locally but not remotely, in this situation, we suppose it is because your phone's 3G or 4G network is not good enough to connect system with several cameras. Please use wifi to have a try.
