Q06.How to connect DVR/NVR on phone app xmeye?

Please search Xmeye in google play or apple store and install it into your phone.

Here are steps to use app Xmeye to connect recorder. The method is for both local view and remote view because they are totally the same.

1. Register an account for the app. If you don't want to register, just tap local login.

2. Clic plus button at the top right to add camera. The name can be anything. You can find S/N(ID) on monitor. The default password is none. Please notice the S/N on label of recorder is not the ID used to connect and view.

3. Device name can be anything.

If phone can't connect recorder, please go to linked page below to get some help.

1. If phone and computer can't connect system locally and remotely while monitor can display image, system may not connect to cloud successfully.

2. If phone and computer can connect system locally but not remotely, in this situation, we suppose it is because your phone's 3G or 4G network is not good enough to connect system with several cameras. Please use wifi to have a try.
